VLC-180 (NO VACUUM)

The only vulcanizer in the world equipped with a vap 18 vacuum pump ( optional ).

With VLC-180 you can vulcanize silicone while hot, thus removing all moisture.

The resulting tires will be perfectly compacted, with a smoother and shinier surface. With more than 3000 kg of grip, VLC-180 is completely automatic and allows two vulcanization steps ( pre-vulcanization and vulcanization ).

Equipped with 180×160 mm plates , a maximum closing pressure of 10 Bar , an unlimited number of programs, a touch screen control from which to continuously monitor the temperature, with the possibility of setting the temperature of the plates separately
