The variable speed wire drawing machine (NFS type) allows you to draw very thin wires at high speeds, they are ideal for precious metals such as gold, silver and non-ferrous alloys.

The wire drawing machines consist of a sturdy metal frame base that contains the motor, the transmission unit, the lubrication pump, the

loading reels or bobbins with adjustable clutch, the series of idle rollers, the conical drive pulleys in chromed steel.

The winding can be carried out either on a reel (various sizes), or on a conical aspro, both with an adjustable wire tension device.

The machine starts gradually with an acceleration scale until the preset variable speed is reached, this is to avoid tearing and

breaking the wire. A series of consents stops the machine in the event of wire breakage or opening of the safety guards.

The rollers and dies are lubricated and cooled with emulsified water thanks to a closed circuit forced circulation system; the lubricant collection tank

is easily removable for metal recovery and cleaning. The machine is protected by safety guards and by containment guards for the lubricating liquid.

A control panel groups together the drives for controlling speed, tension, wire, and winding.
