Multiple pass wire drawing machines

Wire drawing machine complete with interchangeable steel winding reels for collecting the drawn wire.

Machine structure with cast iron support and metal carpentry base, cast iron towing roller with high wear resistance characteristics. The winding reel has a disc clutch with crown clutch and pressure adjustment ring for gradual start-up to avoid wire breakage. All

transmission parts are mounted on bearings and have oil bath lubrication (quantity 7 l).

The machine also has an independent cooling circuit for lubricating the drawplates with emulsified oil (capacity 10 l), a special filter applied

to the suction tube that allows the recovery of metal filings.

Safety guards and accident prevention devices are provided.

In the Vario version the control is equipped with an inverter for continuous variation of the working speed.
