Multiple pass wire drawing machines

The TP4, TP6 and TP12 wire drawing machines are designed for drawing gold and silver wire.

The drawing is carried out by passing the wire through bushes with calibrated holes (draws) mounted in succession with decreasing diameters of 0.1 mm (for wire ø 2.5 > 0.5 mm) and 0.05 (for wire ø 0.5 > 0.3 mm).

The machine consists of a sturdy metal frame base that contains the drive gearmotor, the coolant tank, the idle reel (unwinder),

the motorized reel (winder) with clutch regulated by a handwheel (for gradual start-up and to avoid breaking the wire), the draw-drawing support, the electric control panel and the protective cover for the moving parts.

Both reels are interchangeable, the upper cap can be removed for quick extraction of the processed wire skeins.

The machines also have an independent cooling circuit for the lubrication of the dies by means of emulsified oil. A special filter applied to the suction tube allows the recovery of metal filings, the tank is removable for easy cleaning. Safety guards and accident prevention devices are provided.
