MAGNETIC CLEANER mod. 3000

Machine entirely made of stainless steel, used in the first phase of cleaning and polishing of micro-fusion and laser printed parts. The needles, rotating quickly in the tank, hit the objects and without damaging them make them clean and shiny. Using very small needles it is possible to reach points that cannot be reached manually with a cleaning bench. This machine is equipped with a tipping system to facilitate the unloading of the pieces and a sieve for separations. Thanks to the digital panel it is possible to set the cycle time and the inversion time, while the speed is set by a potentiometer. This magnetic cleaner can be used with a MOD. 3000
