Hydraulic presses

Description
Two-column hydraulic presses with extremely small dimensions, silent, fast. The structure of the machine has been designed to work ergonomically comfortable in the “seated” or “standing” position.
The “Standard” models have a simple and reliable hydraulic circuit, capable of developing a high continuous working speed even in the presence of automatic piece feeding. The oil filtering is continuous, with a clogged filter warning. The large capacity of the oil tank guarantees the press operation without overheating.
In the “Standard” versions, the adjustment and control of the working stroke are carried out via handwheels and precision micrometric screws; a digital piece counter device is also included.
The “Digit” versions use a fully digital control panel to control the working stroke, working pressure, number of strokes and cycle times for the automatic feeders.
With a thrust of 10, 15 and 20 tons, these presses are the valid and modern alternative to traditional, now obsolete, work tools such as hand balancers and foot pedals.
The machines are equipped with a barrier with photocells for operator protection (CE approved) and a two-hand press activation control at the same time; a pedal control is also available.
The possible operating methods are: slow up and down movement for mold positioning; single-stroke automatic cycle; repeated-stroke automatic cycle.
The work can be carried out with control of: pressure via pressure switch (press operation); height via regulation handwheels (Standard model) or electronic card (Digit model).
The applicable accessories are: mechanical stop through which it is possible to carry out precision mouldings (= 0.01 mm), setting the working quota through a graduated handwheel; automatic hydraulic ejector for unloading pieces (integrated in the lower table); pneumatic feeder for the belt.
