Hydraulic presses

This series of presses have a monolithic body in forged and treated steel, with a built-in cylinder guided on a bronze bush, the whole is assembled in a sturdy metal structure which includes the hydraulic power unit and the command and control devices.

The mold-holder table has an ascending molding movement, the hydraulic control circuit is composed of a high-pressure pump, two double-acting hydraulic cylinders (approach and return of the table), a hydraulic cylinder in the body to achieve the working thrust.

This allows to optimize the work cycle without wasting energy, obtaining a rapid closing and opening speed of the molds, and a slow impact speed that takes over the set quota to preserve the life of the molds. The oil filtering is continuous with optical signal of clogged filter.

The large capacity of the oil tank ensures that the press operates without overheating.

Operation is controlled via a digital display, with adjustment of the working stroke (start, slowdown, final) also for continuous processing, of the pressure, of the selected cycle.

The machines are equipped with appropriate safety systems (movable barriers or level 4 photocells), in compliance with current and international standards.

The possible operating modes are:

single up and down movements with height retention for mould positioning; single-stroke automatic cycle; repeated-stroke automatic cycle (combined with the automatic feeding system); 1, 2, 3, 4 selectable repeated-stroke automatic cycle (optional variant).

The work can be carried out with the supervision of:

pressure via pressure switch (press operation)

quota via electronic card (shear operation)

The applicable accessories are: mould holder with hydraulic ejector; hydraulic ejector incorporated in the table; adjustable stroke blank holder; automatic coining system for ingots/coins/medals; automatic feeder for strip or bars, in push or pull; motorized strip holder reels and scrap collector.
