FN BELT OVENS

Description
FN belt ovens are particularly suitable for:
chain welding
welding of small metal parts
annealing of tubes and plates
enamelling
The ovens type FN70/A-A1, FN100/A-A1, FN140/AB have two heating zones . The electric resistors are made of a wire resistant to temperatures above 1200°C.
The muffle is made of refractory steel. The patented cooling chamber is made of stainless steel to prevent condensation from dripping onto the materials to be annealed or welded.
Its cooling is carried out in a closed cycle by a group composed of: a stainless steel tank containing decalcified water, a recycling pump, and a water-water heat exchanger to be connected to a normal water system. This group is mounted on all belt furnaces except for the FN50/A-A1-A2 models.
The ovens adopt static power modules instead of traditional contactors. The movement of the belt is controlled by a microprocessor to ensure the stability of the motion. The ovens are equipped with a time switch for switching on and off.
The belt motion starts and the cooling water opens automatically when the oven temperature exceeds 350°C. The belt motion stops and the cooling water closes automatically when the oven temperature drops below 350°C.
The shielding gases that can be used for the two shielding burners are: propane, methane or butane. As regards the supply of the reducing gas (H 2 + N 2 ), it can be used either in cylinders or generated by an ammonia dissociator.
