Elma Tec Clean S1

The Elma Tec Clean S1 cleans stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, brass, plastic and glass. During cleaning, the S1 removes rust, lime, oxide layers (e.g. verdigris) as well as mineral greases and oils.

The cleaning agent is also used to passivate stainless steels or chromium-alloyed steels. The passivation effect on chromium-containing steels is based on the dissolution of iron atoms from the surface, so that the relative chromium content there increases.
