E-PYRO – JEWELRY WASTE INCINERATOR FURNACES

E-PYRO is a furnace for incinerating small volumes of goldsmith cleaning waste (e.g. sludge or filters) or e-waste chips.

It uses the pyrolysis process to dry macerate these objects under protective gas without developing a real combustion and therefore without flame. An ash is obtained to be refined to recover the metals contained in it. Depending on the materials to be incinerated, the oven can be equipped with a post-combustor and possibly a smoke washing tower to guarantee the emission standards.

It is equipped with a lid lock safety system that deactivates only when the temperature returns sufficiently low. The work cycle is completely automatic and a dedicated ramp heating recipe can be used to ensure that the various materials are incinerated homogeneously.

It is also available in the TWIN (double) model for larger volumes.
