CONTINUOUS WIRE ANNEALING OVEN – MODEL FRC/F

There are 4 modules that make up the system:

Unwinding and wire tension control module

Heating module in controlled atmosphere with a mixture of Hydrogen and Nitrogen

Controlled atmosphere cooling module with a mixture of Hydrogen and Nitrogen

Winding module which also includes dragging functions.

The PLC/Touch Screen integrated on board the machine allows the user to instantly choose and modify all the working parameters (temperature of each chamber, speed, wire tension, etc.), obtaining a fast response of the system even during the process.

The rotation of the spools is achieved by means of brushless motors with high precision and reliability that allow excellent synchronization between the dragging part and the wire tensioning part.

The annealing lines (up to 4) are totally independent so it is possible to treat different products at the same time.

This system has a high flexibility and allows numerous set-up adjustments totally managed by PLC.
