CONTAINER FOR GRIT PRODUCTION WITH PUMP – RPG

The vessel is used for the production of:

• Spherical grain of fine Gold and Silver

• Spherical grain of non-fine Gold and Silver

• Low thickness and high surface area grain intended for refining.The container, built entirely of steel, is cylindrical in shape with a truncated conical bottom.

It is equipped with a quick-opening drain valve for the evacuation of water and grit, the collection of the latter occurs through a basket also made of steel.

It is equipped with a centrifugal pump for the movement of water, as well as for partial emptying.

Granulation occurs through a die or a crucible both in graphite or ceramic material, these are supported by a special steel frame, equipped with a burner for the control of the casting phase by means of air flames and propane gas
