Chain Beaters Hammer 800

This mechanical press is specifically designed for continuous chain beating. The closed-arch machine structure in high-thickness electro-welded sheet metal guarantees maximum rigidity and precision in beating the chain. The working stroke is adjusted by means of a manoeuvre on the large flywheel, also ensuring perfect balancing of the rotating masses. The hammer is equipped with a handwheel for precise adjustment of the working position.

A safety device prevents the hammer from jamming, automatically resetting the stroke when the maximum capacity of the machine is exceeded.

The table is equipped with grooved guides for quick fixing of the moulds and a lighting system for the work area. The moulds are lubricated automatically and adjustable, via the hammer and have oil recovery.

A control panel supervises the operation of the machine with a light signal for operation/malfunction/stop.

The machine also has all the safety guards in compliance with current regulations.

On request, the beaters can be equipped with:

– Chain presence sensor

– Towing for automatic chain advancement

– ​​Chain winder (art.C701200)

– BXC electronic winder for collecting the chain in skeins (art. C707200)
