Bench wire drawing machines

Six-speed bench wire drawing machine ideal for precious metals such as gold, silver and non-ferrous alloys. The drawing takes place by passing the wire from one reel to another of the machine through a draw-plate holder with lubrication tank.

Transmission to the reels (ø 62÷122 mm) occurs via pulleys/belts.

A version with inverter is available to obtain continuous speed regulation.

Cast iron structure, crank control with two speed ratios, interchangeable steel reels, aluminum die holder tray for wire and die lubrication.

Drawing capacity 1 ÷ 0.2 mm. Dimensions 450 x 400 x 150 (h) mm, weight 15 kg.
