This plating system demonstrates particular advantages in the field of mobile electronics, where increasing demands are placed on silver-based coatings.
By maintaining a low coefficient of friction combined with high hardness, ARGUNA®-Alloy 1 is ideally suited for applications involving electrical contact surfaces and connectors.
Compared with established hard gold layers, the silver-palladium alloy offers significant potential for precious metal cost savings.
The silver-palladium alloy electrolyte can be seamlessly integrated into conventional electroplating processes. It is cyanide-free and ensures maximum performance along with long service life.
