DC and Italian partner hold in-depth discussions on automatic wax injection technology

On July 25, DC was honored to welcome Mr. Amer Eriegat, representative of Masterix, along with his assistant, to DC’s office. The visit provided an opportunity to promote collaboration between DC and Masterix, as well as a training session on the latest jewelry industry technologies for DC’s technicians.

DC New Technology Company has partnered to distribute Masterix wax injection machines, providing high-tech equipment to the jewelry industry for precise jewelry production and optimized manufacturing processes. Masterix wax injectors have gained a strong reputation with groundbreaking features such as high-precision wax injection technology, RFID object recognition, and an automatic power-saving on/off system. During the office visit, Masterix experts inspected the quality of the wax injection machines transported from Italy to Vietnam, working alongside DC technicians.

In addition to inspecting the wax injectors, Mr. Amer Eriegat and his assistant also introduced DC’s technical specialists to the operating principles of the new wax injection technologies and important usage guidelines. The meeting and exchange with the Italian expert went smoothly, providing DC technicians with a valuable opportunity to gain deeper insights into the machines and how to handle various situations during operation.

Opportunity for Long-term Cooperation between DC and Masterix
The Italian expert emphasized DC’s solid position in the jewelry sector in Vietnam and the Indochina market over the years and expressed a desire to foster collaboration between the two companies. DC New Technology JSC is set to become Masterix’s exclusive distributor, creating a bridge between the Italian and Vietnamese jewelry industries.

Ms. Thúy Nga, Director of DC Tech, shared insights on the differences between the jewelry markets in Vietnam and Italy, while also presenting an overview of the Vietnamese jewelry industry, which currently faces numerous challenges. However, she highlighted that new technological solutions addressing issues faced by many businesses will set the trend for the future. Thus, DC Tech and Masterix anticipate further opportunities for collaboration to bring high-quality Italian products to the domestic market and Southeast Asia.
