The heating chamber is divided into 3 heating zones . Each zone is individually controlled to ensure better temperature uniformity and control.
The deoxidizing treatment is guaranteed by the saturation of the chamber with a gas mixture composed of 75% H2 and 25% N2 which can be obtained from an ammonia dissociator (Optional) or from separate gas tanks using a special mixer.
The thermal barrier separating the heating and cooling chambers has a pneumatic movement mechanism .
The furnace is equipped with a stainless steel water tank for tempering the workpieces , which are immersed by means of a manually operated motorized lifting device, also made of stainless steel.
The cooling chamber is entirely constructed of stainless steel and its special design prevents condensation from dripping onto the workpieces during treatment.
An electronic device automatically sets the cycle, starting to count the deoxidation time only after the metal inside has reached the set temperature.
