BR/BT WELDING POWDER APPLICATION UNIT

It has three octagonal sifters, each of which can hold two skeins. The sifters have the ability to automatically reverse the rotation motion, at variable times, to avoid tangling the chain. Two sifters are for containing the welding powder and the third for talc.

The rotation and revolution motion of the reels starts smoothly, reaches maximum speed and stops smoothly. The automatic reversal of the rotation direction can be obtained every two, three, four, up to fourteen turns.

All these features offer notable advantages especially for thin chains for which sudden starting and reversal of motion is harmful.
