STATIC GAS OVEN TYPE FGR (GOLD, SILVER, ALLOYS, ASHES)

The furnace takes 2 and a half hours to carry out the first melting operation, starting from room temperature. Once the working temperature has been reached, each melt takes less than an hour.

The tilting mechanism of the crucible is controlled by two pistons and a hydraulic gearcase.

Also equipped with:

Methane or propane burner fitted with a flame detector photo electric cell (automatic start up and shutdown)

Main control panel with problem monitoring

Remote control panel to control the burner, the temperature and the tilting operation.
