Static gas melting furnaces fgr (gold, silver, alloys, ashes)

The furnace is used for melting metals as well as for melting precious ashes.

It is equipped with a crucible without a spout, it can melt from 6 to 75 kg of ashes and fluxes, or from 19 to 250 kg of metal alloys, depending on the model chosen. The furnace, starting from room temperature, takes 2 and a half hours to make the first melting; subsequent meltings are carried out in less than 60 minutes. The crucible is tilted by two jacks and a hydraulic power unit.
