SEMI-ATOMIZER – RPG/ATOM

It can produce very fine powders of precious metal for use in aqua regia refining processes to substantially reduce acid dissolution times and allow the dissolution of alloys with higher silver content (up to 20%).

These granulation tanks are made entirely of stainless steel and feature a high pressure centrifugal pump to impact the molten metal and create the powder.

They can be easily tilted to recover the powder. The semi-atomization process occurs through the use of a graphite crucible supported by a stainless steel frame equipped with a propane/air burner to protect the metal from oxidation during the casting process .
