WATER ATOMIZATION PLANT FOR METAL ALLOYS – ATOM
Description
The melting of metals can take place in air or in a controlled atmosphere, both in vacuum and at atmospheric pressure .
This allows the melting and atomization of any type of metal, even low melting and/or easily oxidizable ones such as zinc, aluminum, copper, silver, etc.
This system is composed of:
Melting unit equipped on request with a protective bell with controlled atmosphere
Granulation die heating unit
Atomization unit equipped with adjustable nozzle series
Pressurization system for process fluids (water or gas) up to 250 bar, with pressure regulation system
Dust/grit collection system
Process water recovery and filtration system
Two medium frequency converters
PLC control with Touch-Screen for all work phases
