VLC-180 + VAP 18 (VACUUM)

The only vulcanizer in the world equipped with the vap 18 vacuum pump.

With the VLC-180 it is possible to vulcanize silicone under hot vacuum, thus removing all the humidity and micro bubbles from the rubber.

The resulting tires will be perfectly compacted and the surface will be smoother and shinier.

VLC-180 is fully automatic . It allows two vulcanization processes: pre-vulcanization and vulcanization. Equipped with 180×160 mm

plates , a maximum closing pressure of 10 Bar , with more than 3000 Kg of grip, an unlimited number of programs and a touch screen control from which to continuously monitor the temperature, with the possibility of setting the temperature of the plates separately .
