WATER MICROSANDBLASTING MACHINE MOD. LM S1N – wet

This micro sandblaster with nebulized water is a novelty as an alternative to traditional dry sandblasting. In addition to the classic sandblasting effect, the piece is absolutely clean due to the total absence of abrasive dust. Furthermore, the piece can be touched with the fingers without the risk of leaving halos or oxidations that would require a further sandblasting operation. The sandblasting is also very clear and clean. The water micro sandblaster can work with abrasive that can vary from 60 to 320 grain, regardless of the type of abrasive (aluminum oxide, glass microspheres, silicon carbide).

The machine is suitable for four operations:

Abrasive and water spray processing

Dry working with abrasive only

Cleaning the piece with water spray

Drying the piece with air

The box is made of stainless steel and contains:

Suction system

LED lamp

Bottom plug for water and abrasive drainage

Water cylinder, abrasive cylinder, pressure regulator, pressure gauge
