FHP forced hot air circulation dryers are devices designed to complete the washing cycle of the parts with the same methods of use as washing machines, allowing the loading from above of the baskets or frames used in the previous phases, thus avoiding the manipulation of the parts necessary with other drying systems. The operating temperature must be adjusted according to the metal (eg: gold = 150-200 ° C, silver = 130-160 ° C, brass = 120-150 ° C) but above all to the type of parts to be dried. Before drying it is essential to eliminate any salt residue by effectively rinsing the parts with demineralized water to avoid the formation of limescale stains.
