Circular saw for precise cuts SCV

The “SCV” precision circular saw is suitable for cutting strips, wires, tubes and small metal parts.

The work surface can be tilted for blade change operations; it is made of ground cast iron, has a blade slot with adjustable width, it is equipped with:

– longitudinal sheet guide square with millimetric index and screw movement and locking device

– sliding transversal positioning guide with goniometer for straight and inclined cuts

– blade protrusion adjustment screw from the work surface and blade protection device and piece guide

The tilting cover hood allows for effective protection of the operator while also avoiding the dispersion of processing dust into the environment, the rear wall is transparent for backlighting of the work surface, the front screen is in plexiglass. In the case of cutting precious metals, the dust can be recovered from the tank via a special extractable drawer. The machine is equipped with all the necessary active and passive safety systems with relative interlocks.
