Hydraulic presses

This hydraulic press has a monolithic body in forged and treated steel, with a built-in cylinder, the whole is assembled in a sturdy metal carpentry structure which includes the hydraulic power unit and the command and control devices.

The mold-holding table has an ascending working movement, the hydraulic control circuit is composed of a high-pressure pump, two double-acting hydraulic cylinders (approach and return of the table), a hydraulic cylinder for reaching the working thrust.

This allows the work cycle to be optimised without wasting energy, obtaining a rapid closing and opening speed of the moulds to contain unproductive times, and a slow speed, which takes over at the set distance, before pressing the part to be worked, avoiding its deformation.

The oil filtering is continuous, with a clogged filter warning. For continuous and prolonged operations, the oil temperature can be maintained within optimal values ​​by connecting the cooling circuit of the control unit to an external water network, this guarantees the operation of the press without overheating, the control panel is equipped with a digital piece counter.

The machine is equipped with appropriate safety systems (movable barrier or photocells, emergency button) in compliance with current and international standards.

automatic cycle with repeated strokes.
