This series of four-column hydraulic presses guarantees full accessibility from all four sides, facilitating the use of automation for high production cycles or the processing of parts with considerable dimensions.
The mold-holding table has a descending working movement, the hydraulic control circuit is split to optimize the work cycle without wasting energy, obtaining a rapid closing and opening speed of the molds, and a slower speed for molding and coining.
The oil filtering is continuous, with a clogged filter warning. The large capacity of the oil tank (placed above the machine to limit its overall dimensions), combined with the automatic air/oil cooling system via a ventilated and thermostatically controlled radiator, guarantees the press operation without overheating.
The adjustment and control of the working stroke are carried out via display; the panel is also equipped with a digital piece counter.
The machine is equipped with appropriate safety systems (movable barrier and photocells, emergency button, pedal control) in compliance with current and international standards.
The possible operating modes are:
intermittent up and down movements for mold positioning
single-shot automatic cycle
automatic cycle with repeated strokes
The work can be carried out with the supervision of:
pressure via pressure switch (press operation)
quota via electronic card (shear operation).
