Single and double motorized bench rolling mills

The LS series rolling mills are particularly suitable for processing non-ferrous metals and alloys. Their small size allows them to be installed on a bench.

Three versions are available with different pairs of cylinders:

Type “L”, smooth cylinders for sheet metal processing

Type “F”, shaped cylinders for wire processing and roulette

Type “L/F”, cylinders with mixed surface (smooth/shaped) and half-round wire roulette

The base is made of metal carpentry, the cylinders are made of alloy steel with high surface hardness, they are supported on bronze bushings guided by sturdy cast iron columns. The closing of the cylinders is regulated by a handle or handwheel (extractable for the parallelism register) and gears (with graduated scale in the Le F/L types) for measuring the rolled thickness.

The cylinder rolling gears have special teeth for large openings and constant drag. The motion transmission to the cylinders occurs via an electric motor combined with a helical gear reducer with grease lubrication.

In the “” and “F/L” versions the cylinder shafts are extended to accommodate a pair of three-slot rollers (included) for half-round profiles. Rollers engraved with ornamental motifs can be supplied upon request.

All rolling mills have safety guards.
